Had a pleasant jogabout town in the rain.
Literally ran some errands and got in an easy 1:40, at my pace these days, about 16K.
I had some tunes to keep me smiling in the rain.








You have to be extra vigilant when running with music.
I will bring my tunes for my Sunday run along Lochside to the Pioneer.






I might need a ride home to town, but I'm factoring in another 1:40:00 to the race, :45 mins for the race and whatever I can squeeze in tomorrow and Saturday.
