On Saturday, I ran with the Harriers.
It was a lot of fun being in with the "family" on a thermally cold, but emotionally warm and fuzzy,wintery day at Thetis lake.
I really enjoyed the run,and although I did feel the need to take a few snaps along the way, still managed the whole route at a steady 6MPH.
I only seem to have one gear these days, but hey, that OK.
Thanks to John,Bob,Ken,Susan,and all the gang of helpers, for keeping it all together.
