Sunday runs.

Today I slept in , I was ready at six to make plans, but after about 10 minutes of surfing, I figured I should sleep and not get going too early.
I finally made it out the door at Noon, and the weather was just fine!
15k logged of running, some great footage.
A PIH running buddy sighting, and a really productive two and a bit hours out the door...
I even managed to do my banking,gorcery shopping, stop at Tim Hortons for a bagel and cream cheese & a moka, then schlep the groceries 3K home.
