Rest Days

Weird eh? 
Now that I am clear of race responsibilities, I am almost at a loss to know what to do in my training... 
I don't want to be any faster, really. As long as I make the cut I'm happy. 
What I would like is no aches and pains! 
Wouldn't that be good? 
While, with my unvarying 10 hours of sweating per week. 
I will still be able to jump in and do a fun 50K any weekend of the year. 
It would be nice to wake up without aches! 
You know they will only go away if you run...
