Nice longish romp around my area.
Started with a trail summit of Mount Douglas. Finishing with a loop of the golf course.
Actually saw many geese practicing their formation flying.
Ended up at Safeways for groceries, then a nice warm bus ride home.
With my speed work 5K section along the Galloping Goose trail.
