Blenkinsop Trail Loop

9K of mostly trails with some connectors.

Bumped into lots of interesting people, managed to get my plans set up for Sunday with Deb and Sandy at Royal Roads.

Week ender trail run.

Today's week ender...
1:34:XX on mainly comfort zone training.
Some hiking on the steeper climbs but still managed a sub seven minute per kilometre pace.
Which is fine for an old "campaigner".

This is the completed version of the snippets I posted earlier plus my run to Yoga ,a bit of the rec.centre,and my run back in the dark with my super powered headlight.
