After almost 30 years of annual service to the Ultra Running community,once again this series
of races did not let us down.
Almost perfect running weather for distance running.A cool morning with what was promising to be a sunny clear, slightly overcast day at the Lakes, here in Victoria BC.
I ran the 50K and recorded the first lap (6:00am Start), running my five loops counter directional, as course monitor and co-participant,I got the unique privilege of seeing everybody on the course twice!
