Neighbourhood run to help Stanley clear his gutters.
Yesterday's deluge washed a lot of pine needles into his downspout.
He is paraplegic, so he watched me up the ladder.

An early Wednesday run.
Finding the "Glory Zone" and staying in it for most of the run.
Even though I tripped and fell on Mount Doug.
