Friday Freedom Run

I couldn't resist the temptation of running and recording today.
I was up good and early this morning running to the police station.
Yesterday I found a phone and this morning I ran at 7am. along the Galloping Goose Trail to Swan Lake and my first stop.
After dropping it off I ran home via the Cedar Hill Golf Course.

Neighbourhood run to help Stanley clear his gutters.
Yesterday's deluge washed a lot of pine needles into his downspout.
He is paraplegic, so he watched me up the ladder.

Bony Ass Bypass Run

Nice taper run with my training partner Sandy,who is getting psyched about her imminent 100 mile run in Oregon.
