Dear Runners,
This Summer I will be hosting a complete running of the JDF marine trail.
As a preview run and trail inspection I am also organizing a 3 or 4 hour run from Sombrio Beach trail head.
The Idea is to see how far we can get going North, for 90 minutes then back, and South 120 minutes then back.
There will be two pace groups, I will lead the slower but longer trek.
The weather should be fine, we (I) will be there regardless.(rain or shine).
Meeting points
Victoria @ the Six Mile House 7:30 am Saturday 19th. May
Sombrio parking @ the trail head 9:00 am (for a 9:15 start.
Non runners can stop on the beach or do a shorter out and back hike.
