Over Distance Running

For the past few years I have helped organize an event at my local lake.
The Elk Beaver Ultramarathons.

This event has been run almost every year for the past 23 years!
This year I decided to run an off road 42.2K race.
For the people that are a little intimidated by thier first time running the distance.
The event winner will get a free entry for their first Ultramarthon.
THERE IS LIFE AFTER THE MARATHON...
Keep training!
One day I will get everybody running OVER DISTANCE.
