So once again I got to run on my favourite mountain.
The usual suspects actually got there before me!
I had a 14 minute jog before I met them.
The perfect distance to warm up.
So much so that at 14 minutes I walked, yes walked, the final
50 yards or so to the parking lot where we had arranged to meet.

We were all happy and healthy, I needed at least two hours to make my wimpy ten hour target, once again for my "perpetual goal".
