Yesterday I ran with joy.
Not guts, not rage, just the pure joy of being able to do it.
After about 15 years of running I have finally found out what it is that I like about training, year in year out.
The gift of being able to do what I did and shared this gift with all the other runners.
7 hours is not a great time, but really, it was specially nice...
