It is1:33 Thursday 2nd. June, and I'm just about ready to go and run with Graham. If I leave now I'll be too early so I will have to wait a little bit now. I plan to run with him for about an hour and 20 min and then run home from his place. It should be about 2 1/2 hours of easy running.

24K run finished I did 40 mins 29 for the first 6k leg then one hour 17 with Graeme,then 43 mins 17 on the way home. Total time time of two hours 41 minutes, that is for 24 km so that's my Thursdays run done and I'm looking forward to getting the rest of my hours in over the next three days.
