This takes us from my place in Norma's car, to Mile Zero, where we are supposed to hook up with Joanne, who will get Al back to Duncan...
I ran back working my way through the tail enders of the marathon to ,pretty much ,my pace group, by the time I switched off the official course and finished off solo.
