A few days ago I got a message from my good friend Sibylle in Vancouver asking me if I could help introduce some trail running for a young couple,who were on their honeymoon!
I set up a meeting and at three o'clock we headed off to the trails of Mount Doug.
This was the first 45 minutes of our run.
