Two loops of 25K on the beautiful wooded trails of the North Shore mountains of Vancouver.
Winning time was 4:24:40 set by my friend Rob Fontaine(36 y/o) of Cambell River B.C.
The womens O/A winner was Elie Greenwood (25 y/o) of Vancouver in 4:39:41 for joint 4th OA.

I ran this race a couple of times and it is either a two man relay,(25K trail run+25K ride), or it's a 25K trail run, or a 50K trail ultramarathon.Some of the more talented athletes do both the run and the ride, I just did the 50K as an Ultra
All runners and riders share the same course, so the second loop is kind of unusual!
