Friday
Started very wet, so I waited till the afternoon for my Mt.Doug run...

A nice one hour run with some of my running buddies.

Running in the lush moss valley.

Long run with Chris, Kathleen and Sara.
They are training for a 25K trail race and I am training for the 50K
That will be an epic road trip.
I'll make a movie for sure ...
