30K at the Lake.

Bus on overpass

Ran a solid 30K today at an average pace of 5:24 per K.
Three lap of the Lake was quite hard to do mentally, but there were many people to chase today.
I saw many of my friends and the weather, although not nearly as nice as yesterday turned aound and I had almost two laps of sunshine.
There was a lot of activity to as the Lake was the venue for a rowing regatta.
