I am facing a month of travel in Europe starting with a four day stop-over in the U.K. to visit my two brothers and their families.
I haven't been back for about 10 years, so I can expect to see a few changes!
I will try and consolidate my training for a sub 5 hour 50K at Elk Beaver.
My race strategy for this year will be exactly the same as last year.
As race director for this race I cannot really spend too much time out there having fun.
I will set up 58 minute repeat's on my timex, and will wait for the beeps on each lap.
This will give me a 4:50:XX finish.
