The Meadows in reverse

Today's five miler took me around and over Mt.Douglas.I ran along Blenkinsop Rd., a country road that runs parallel to Lochside trail to get back to the mountain of joy!

              The trails are well marked at the lower levels

I had to crawl under some ancient blowdown

                         Pretty soon I was at the summit.
